If you do not agree to these rules and perform the corresponding user personal information protection obligations in accordance with these rules, you should immediately stop accessing and using SDK products; At the same time, you should only integrate SDK products and process end users' personal information after obtaining the consent of the end users.

If you are a developer, you should:

1. Comply with laws and regulations to collect, use and process end users’ personal information, including but not limited to formulating and publishing privacy policies regarding the protection of personal information;

2. Before integrating SDK products, inform end users of the collection, use and processing of end users’ personal information by SDK products, and obtain end users’ consent in accordance with the law;

3. No personal information of any end user should be collected before obtaining the consent of the end user, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations;

4. Provide end users with an easy-to-operate user rights realization mechanism that meets legal and regulatory requirements, and inform end users how to view, copy, modify, delete personal information, withdraw consent, and restrict the processing of personal information, transfer personal information, obtain copies of personal information, and Logout;

5. Comply with the requirements of this policy.

3.Information we collect and how we use it

In order to realize the corresponding functions of the SDK products, we will collect the following personal information generated by the end users when using the functions related to the SDK products from the end users or developers:

Network

The SDK product does not use any network interface and cannot communicate with the remote server.

Personal information

SDK products will collect personal information such as gender, age, height, weight and other information. The personal information collected by the SDK product is only used for distribution to the device and internal SDK for calculation of body fat percentage, muscle percentage, calories and other data. The SDK will not upload personal information and calculation results to the remote server. If App developers need to collect and use end users’ personal information, they must obtain the end users’ consent.

Log

In order to better troubleshoot problems, the SDK product will encrypt and save the running logs in the App sandbox during operation. Log files are only stored in the App sandbox and cannot be obtained by other users except App developers. SDK products will not actively upload log files to remote servers. The purpose of recording logs is only for developers to facilitate troubleshooting when problems arise, and then the logs are extracted and sent to us for analysis.

Permissions

SDK products need to scan and connect our hardware devices through Bluetooth. According to different mobile phone systems, using Bluetooth requires obtaining corresponding permissions. Note: SDK product permissions follow the principle of not applying unless necessary. The following permissions are necessary permissions required for the operation of SDK products. Without permissions, SDK products will not operate normally. All permissions are applied for by the App, and SDK products do not include permission applications.

4.Storage of information

1.Where information is stored

We comply with laws and regulations. The cache files and log files generated when the SDK product is running are stored locally on the end user's mobile phone. The user's body fat data, personal information and other data are saved by the App. Please consult the App developer for the specific storage location.

2.How long the information is stored

After the App is deleted, all cache files and log files generated when the SDK product is running will also be automatically deleted. The user's body fat data, personal information and other data are stored by the App. Please consult the App developer for the specific retention period.

5.Information security

1. We provide appropriate security protection for end users' personal information to prevent loss, improper use, unauthorized access or disclosure of information.

2. We strictly abide by laws and regulations to protect end users' personal information.
